BRINGING TWO NEW CONCEPTS TO LIFE
Well into the final stages of development of Hotel Indigo St. Louis, Via Nova Development approached Carbonate to help bring their initial branding to life across both of their F&B outlets. The all-day restaurant, Switch List, and the exclusive rooftop cocktail bars, Eero’s Penthouse, had gone through initial stages of design, but needed a clear path forward. Picking up where the initial designs left off, Carbonate fleshed out both brands with verbal and visual identity development, bringing the brand to life through fun, vibrant, and conceptual based collateral design.

Menu & Collateral Design
Two unique offerings that capture the spirit of St. Louis. Switch List utilizes turn of the century train materials as inspiration. A clipboard with colored paper nods to a train conductor’s switching schedule and also provides the operations team with an easy to update menu vessel. Erro’s Penthouse invites guests to step back to the 1960’s when the living room cocktail party reigned supreme. Vintage imagery and pops of color communicate the identity and provide a sense of place. A menu shell that can be over-printed in-house creates an easy solution for the operators, while patterned coasters add color and personality to the space.
