Junior Designer

This position requires 2 to 3 years of high-quality graphic and digital design experience coupled with sharp communication skills and a can-do attitude. The Junior Designer role is a position within the Creative team, working closely with the Senior Designer and reporting to the Director of Creative Services. They are a skilled digital producer who can create engaging layouts and solutions for a variety of digital marketing, animation, interactive experiences, and campaign support needs. The Junior Designer will also be able to think creatively, work collaboratively, and manage the workflow and process of key deliverables across multiple clients in an efficient and timely manner. 


  • This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and more.

  • It requires a minimum of 2+ years of design experience.

  • We currently have team members in Ohio, California, North Carolina and Washington. Location is flexible for this role, but would ideally be located in Ohio or Washington. 

  • This is a work-from-home role, with up to 25% travel.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Concept, design and develop compelling assets for a variety of client projects including emails, animations, landing pages, lookbooks, promotional assets, image editing, and social media content

  • Create innovative user experiences that comply with client brand standards and accomplish the business goals and objectives of each project

  • Regularly presents compelling concepts that find ways to go above and beyond the minimum requirements of a project in order to find design solutions that deliver exceptional results

  • Stays up-to-date with design trends and knowledgeable about current best practices and web production techniques
