We are a team of creative strategists & passionate storytellers.  Food, beverage, restaurants, hotels, destinations and other immersive experiences are our specialty.   Our blend of services allows us to partner with our clients in meaningful ways, translating insights and creative vision into brand strategies that drive revenue.  As we expand our social media services, we are looking for a dynamic leader to help us develop our offerings and build the right team to deliver services to our clients.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be entrepreneurial and excited at the prospect of building their dream team, have an understanding of best practices in social media agency management and a desire to shake things up to create added value for clients and a better working environment for social media professionals.

  • Have a true passion for and understanding of how brands should create their digital ecosystems and knows how to execute a unified strategy for paid social, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, channel management, website journey and email marketing

  • Have a clear understanding for social analytics and the ability to use data driven client strategies and corresponding budgets

  • Is able to collaboratively work with our creative services team, providing data-based insights and clear design objectives so the creative team can deliver exceptional creative solutions

  • Possess impeccable client management skills as well as have the ability to develop a team, promoting a positive work environment and culture dedicated to our company values.

  • This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance, 401k matching, paid-time off and more.

  • It requires a minimum of 5+ years of agency social media experience and a Bachelor’s Degree

  • We currently have team members in Ohio, New York, California, North Carolina and Washington. Location is flexible for this role, but would ideally be located in Ohio or California.

  • This is a work-from-home role, with up to 25% travel.
