Lauren approaches design with curiosity and intentionality, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to projects across brand, environmental, print, and digital design. As a Junior Designer at Carbonate, she works alongside the creative team to translate ideas and strategy into thoughtful, engaging visual experiences, with an eye toward both the details and the bigger picture.

Before joining Carbonate, Lauren gained experience across agency and in-house environments through the University of Cincinnati’s renowned co-op program. At MSA Design and Sketch Blue, she worked on environmental and brand design projects from initial concept through production, collaborating with designers, architects, fabricators, and clients along the way. She also developed promotional and marketing materials for the Cincinnati Nature Center and contributed to print and digital editorial design for TITLE Magazine. 

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning with a B.S. in Communication Design. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her thrifting, getting lost in a good book, or trying a new ice cream flavor.
