With a multidisciplinary background in graphic, digital, interior, and experience design, Maddie approaches every challenge with equal parts creativity and organization, helping guide projects from initial concept through final delivery. She partners closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and translate strategy into thoughtful design across brand touchpoints. Maddie’s work spans brand identity, digital experiences, websites, marketing campaigns, and environmental graphics for a wide range of hospitality and lifestyle clients. Before joining Carbonate, she gained experience at award-winning design agency Chute Gerdeman and at KIND Snacks, where she developed consumer-facing marketing materials and helped evolve the company's brand standards. Her passion for understanding consumer behavior and emerging design trends allows her to create work that is both visually compelling and strategically effective. Maddie holds a B.S. in Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. Outside of work, she can usually be found planning her next weekend getaway, discovering new restaurants, or collecting inspiration for future projects.
