The Brief

Spanning 15,000 square feet, Pivot was conceived as far more than a traditional sports bar. With private viewing lounges, Topgolf Swing Suites®, immersive gaming technology, and an elevated culinary experience led by a Michelin Guide–recommended chef, this ambitious concept needed to be distilled into a clear and cohesive vision. Carbonate was engaged to help clarify and craft a focused brand identity.

The concept needed to resonate with diverse audiences, from local professionals and event planners to hotel guests at the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. Working closely with the Pivot team, we sharpened the core idea behind the experience, and defined a strategic foundation that positions Pivot as a next-generation hub for leisure, entertainment, and community. This vision was brought to life through a cohesive verbal and visual identity—confident, witty, and welcoming—that seamlessly integrates high-energy sports viewing, immersive gameplay, and elevated dining. The result is a brand that raises expectations for the category: equally suited for hosting large-scale events as it is for gathering with friends to watch the game.
